Duties
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards of hospitality
- Support team members in food preparation, serving, and kitchen activities to maintain efficiency and quality
- Oversee protocols, ensuring compliance with health, safety, hygiene and licensing regulations whilst on shift.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients, beverages, and supplies
- Shift hours range from 10am until 1am, therefore candidates must be flexible to work between these times, especially evenings and weekends.
- Tronc Tips are paid in cash weekly, please note these are subject to PAYE deductions
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills
- Experience working in hotel or barista environments is a plus for versatile hospitality expertise
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling and sanitation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: £13.77 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
