Pavilion Manager
Required due to ongoing success and expansion.
An experienced, organised manager and team player with excellent standards in customer services, food and bar management
Oversee and manage the day to day running of a busy and vibrant bar and kitchen at Menai Bridge cricket club. To include:
Managing bar and kitchen staff
Training staff when required
Organising staff rotas
Placing orders and managing stock
Manage Health and safety/food hygiene
Proactively Enhance business, revenue and relationships with community groups and the wider community Applicants must have significant hospitality experience
Hours based around the needs of the Club to include weekends and busy periods.
Salary attractive based on experience.
Welsh speaker advantageous but not essential.
Interest in cricket a bonus.

Pay: £25,912.25-£35,000.00 per year
