We are looking for enthusiastic, hard work and committed team members to join our already vibrant team. As a customer facing job we expect our team members to bring a positive attitude to the shop on a daily basis, and provide excellent customer service throughout their shifts.
Previous experience working in the coffee industry / coffee shops is desired but not essential.
Must be available to work during the day Mon-Fri as well as weekends. WEEKEND WORK IS ESSENTIAL
The position of team member involves:
- Preparing and serving different types of coffee to a consistently high standard
-Preparing and serving various food options, and ensuring they are presentable when served to the customers
- Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness is maintained throughout the shop at all times
- Helping other team members when required to ensure jobs are completed fully and to a high standard
- Bringing a positive can do attitude to the work place and willingness to learn on the job
- Constantly learning to ensure that you can provide customers with in depth knowledge about the coffee we serve
Training is provided, both in house and with our coffee roasters.
