Role Overview
Responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching stock accurately and safely. Maintain a clean and organised warehouse, follow health and safety procedures, and assist with other business duties as required.
Gross Annual Salary: £16,523.00
Working Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 1:00pm
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days per year, including bank holidays

Key responsibilities
Receiving and Inbound Stock
- Take deliveries of goods safely from incoming lorries or vans
- Report any broken, missing, or faulty items to a supervisor
Storage and Inventory
- Move items to their correct storage shelves, bins, or racks
- Create barcodes and label products correctly
Order Picking and Packing
- Find and collect the correct products from shelves for customer orders.
- Use scanner to confirm correct parts have been picked
- Wrap and box items securely so they do not break during transit
- Create shipment with couriers and attach correct shipping labels to customers parcels
Loading and Dispatch
- Place packed boxes and pallets into outbound delivery vans or lorries
Safety and Cleanliness
- Use pallet jacks safely
- Wear safety gear and obey workplace health and safety laws
- Sweep floors, clear away empty boxes, and keep walkways clear
Other roles
- Provide help with other tasks in the business when required by management
Skills & Experience
- No previous experience required as full training will be provided
