We are seeking an experienced Team Leader who will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating daily operations within the warehouse. Your primary responsibilities include supervising warehouse colleagues, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (including MHRA), maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting health and safety practices. You will also support management in performance monitoring and employee development to meet key business objectives and KPIs.
Key Skills
- Lead and motivate team members across assigned shifts to ensure optimal performance.
- Support the shift manager/supervisor with operational duties, including planning, resource allocation and delivery schedule adherence.
- Liaise with internal departments including Procurement, Inventory, IT, Transport, and Technical Maintenance for seamless operations.
- Enforce adherence to MHRA regulations and all company SOPs.
- Conduct regular team briefings and ensure effective written and verbal communication across shifts.
- Ensure all picking, packing, and assembly activities are performed in compliance with company quality standards.
- Support accurate stock movements in line with procurement and inventory guidelines.
- Collaborate with the operations team to maintain and improve KNAPP automation system usage and productivity.

Experience & Knowledge
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in an FMCG or pharmaceutical distribution setting
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Familiarity with MHRA regulations and Health & Safety standards
- Basic understanding of automated systems (e.g., KNAPP)
Nights - 7 pm - 4 am
