About the Role
We are a family-run Property Management business who, due to further growth, require an additional organised, proactive, and reliable Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of some of our portfolio of managed properties. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for tenants, landlords, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring properties are well maintained, compliant and operating as they should.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage a portfolio of residential properties, predominantly professional House Shares but also Family Rentals
· Act as primary contact for Tenants, Trades and Landlords
· Manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and move-ins/move-outs
· Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and safety regulations
· Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers
· Conduct regular property inspections and document findings
· Resolve tenant issues professionally and efficiently in an approachable manner
Requirements
· Strong organisational and time-management skills
· Good communication and customer service abilities
· Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
· Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
· Full clean driver’s licence and use of own vehicle (mileage allowance)
· Experience not always essential as full training will be given by our team
· Not afraid to get stuck in! (and be able to make a decent brew!)

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
