Summary
We are seeking a dedicated 7.5t Local Multi Drop Delivery Driver to join our team based in Poulton , you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries that uphold our company's reputation for excellence and dependability.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Deliver pallets and goods to multiple locations within the local area efficiently.
- Manage delivery schedules and communicate effectively with dispatch.
- Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with customers.
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with loading and unloading as necessary.
- Report any vehicle issues or delivery discrepancies promptly.
- Qualifications
- Valid UK driving license suitable for 7.5t vehicles.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably with multi-drop routes.
- Knowledge of local roads and navigation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Good physical fitness for loading/unloading tasks.
- Prior experience with flatbed vehicles is advantageous.
