You'll support patients with complex rehabilitation needs to maximise their independence and achieve outcomes that matter most to them. Working within a skilled multidisciplinary team, you'll use your clinical expertise, creativity and problem-solving skills to make a meaningful difference to patient care.

In this role, you will:
Deliver holistic occupational therapy assessments and interventions for a varied and complex caseload
Support patients to achieve rehabilitation goals, maximise independence and plan for safe discharge
Use clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice to develop personalised treatment plans
Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, person-centred care
Provide supervision, teaching and support to junior therapists, students and support staff
Contribute to service development, audit and quality improvement activities
Promote and embed evidence-based practice within the team
