BiP Solutions is looking for a Content Executive on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract to support the planning, delivery, analysis and continuous improvement of B2B marketing campaigns — both across BiP's own event brands and on behalf of the clients we deliver campaigns for.
This is a varied role for someone organised, analytical and collaborative, with a genuine interest in campaign performance and in using digital and AI tools to improve how work is researched, planned, delivered and reported.
AI capability is essential for this role
We use AI tools daily, and you will be expected to do the same from day one. That means using them well: for content research and market scanning, for drafting and iterating campaign assets, for summarising complex procurement and policy material, and for speeding up reporting and analysis.
Hands-on experience with Claude is strongly preferred; equivalent experience with comparable tools will be considered.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, create, deliver and manage B2B marketing campaigns for internal stakeholders and external clients – across email, online and social media
- Use AI tools — Claude and similar — for content research, market scanning and first-draft creation, supporting engagement campaigns across the portfolio.
- Create or support content for internal and client campaigns, including assets linked to public sector themes, events, briefings, webinars and social media.
- Coordinate campaign scheduling, workflow tracking and project delivery through Monday.com, acting as a key platform lead and supporting wider business adoption.
- Produce campaign performance reports, analyse results and identify insights, trends and recommendations to improve engagement, lead generation and commercial outcomes.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders, including clients, in support of overall performance delivery.
- Support the allocation and management of campaign work, ensuring activity is delivered through established processes and to agreed standards.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of campaign reporting, data processing, automation and workflow processes.
- Support the ongoing development of our platforms — identifying improvements, raising issues and proposing practical solutions.
- Maintain awareness of our market and the wider external environment, so campaign activity stays relevant, topical and commercially focused.
Skills and experience
Essential
- Practical experience of AI tools for content work. Confident using AI for research, drafting and analysis, with sound judgement on accuracy, sourcing and tone. Experience with Claude is ideal; comparable tools considered.
- B2B marketing experience. A track record of producing content and campaigns for professional or business audiences.
- Strong analytical skills. Able to interpret campaign data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication. Confident writing for a professional audience and working across teams and with clients.
- Multi-project delivery. Experience managing several projects, deadlines and stakeholders at once.
- Campaign metrics and reporting. A good working understanding of what to measure and how to report it.
Preferred
- Experience managing campaigns on behalf of clients, including reporting back to them.
- Email marketing experience — building, scheduling, segmenting, testing and optimising.
- Working knowledge of Monday.com or a similar workflow and project management tool.
- Familiarity with social media channels, particularly LinkedIn, in a B2B context.
- Interest in or exposure to public sector procurement.
How to apply
Please send a CV and a short covering note. We also need to see examples of work you have delivered — this is a requirement, not an optional extra.
- Two or three examples of B2B content or campaigns you produced, with a line on your specific contribution to each.
- Where possible, the results: open rates, engagement, leads, or whatever measure mattered for that campaign.
- One short example of how you have used AI in your content work — what you used it for, and what you did to make the output stand up.
Links, PDFs or screenshots are all fine. Applications without examples of delivered work cannot be considered.
