We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic Travel Consultant to join our epic team at The Stag and Hen Experience!
Are you a chatty, outgoing person who loves a good time? Do you have a knack for turning ordinary conversations into unforgettable experiences? If so, we want YOU!
As our new Travel Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for future partygoers, helping them plan the customers ideal last night of freedom imaginable. You'll be chatting with customers, working with suppliers, and making sure every detail is perfect.
Key Responsibilities Include:-
Manage incoming new business enquiries
Resolve ad-hoc customer queries via telephone/email
Liaising with suppliers
Provide outstanding Customer Service
Meet Monthly Sales Objectives
No Specific qualifications are needed for this role, however the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following skillsets:-
Good level of communication skills both verbally and written
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure.
Good problem-solving skills
Good level of numeracy
Position meets national minimum wage and generous commission.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,240.00-£27,500.00 per year
