Role Overview We're seeking kind, dedicated Carers to join our team and provide personalised, support to residents in our care home. This is rewarding work with flexible shifts and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living tasks (personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Provide companionship, conversation, meaningful activities, and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and shopping
- Support mobility and safe transfers where needed
- Administer medication
- Monitor well-being and report any changes
- Attend community with residents and accompany them with their appointments etc
Requirements
- Previous experience as a carer, care assistant, or similar is always essential—(full training provided)
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable nature
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Right to work in the UK
- DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
