To have responsibility for the day to day management of the Community Mental Health Team who provide care co-ordination and treatment to people with complex and enduring mental health needs.
The post holder will have responsibility for the management and supervision of the Community Mental Health Team.
You will provide strong leadership to the team to ensure it performs in the most efficient and effective way ensuring all key performance indicators are met whilst providing a safe and high quality service.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at our North Tameside Specialist Neighborhood Mental Health Team.
We are seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker to join our Neighborhood Mental Health Team (formerly CMHT). This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing and developing a specialist mental health service.
The successful candidate will bring experience of leading within a busy, complex, and demanding service, ideally at Band 7 level or equivalent. You will be confident in supporting both staff and service development while maintaining high standards of care.
