We are seeking dedicated and adaptable Registered Nurses to join our agency bank team. This role offers flexible shift options, allowing you to work across various care homes across County Durham. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, supporting medical teams, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients. This position is ideal for nurses seeking diverse and flexible experience. We offer a range of shifts — days, nights, Monday to Sunday — and will work with you to accommodate your preferences and availability.

Responsibilities
- Providing a high standard of care to residents
- Leading and supervising a team
- Administering medication
- Managing stock control and ordering of medications
- Liaising with healthcare professionals
- Reviewing and updating care plans
- Maintaining concise and accurate records
- Diary management
- Supporting the overall wellbeing of residents
Skills & Experience
- Valid NMC pin
- Experience working in the NHS, Care Homes, or Independent Hospitals
- Right to Work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
- A driving licence and access to your own car (beneficial but not essential)
