Key Responsibilities

Assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates using approved estimating tools.

Carry out minor cosmetic repairs on customer and site vehicles in line with manufacturer standards and Minor Damage Repair techniques.

Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales while maintaining high-quality standards.

Maintain repairs within Minor Damage Repair parameters where possible, with occasional larger repairs undertaken if required.

Ensure effective and economical use of materials and dry goods during repairs.

Keep the working environment clean, organised, and safe at all times.

Adhere to all company health and safety policies, ensuring safe working practices and correct use of equipment, materials, and PPE.

Drive and manoeuvre both customer and site vehicles safely within the dealership premises.

Maintain clear and effective communication with the Accident Repair Co-ordinator regarding repair progress and requirements.

Work collaboratively with colleagues while also demonstrating the ability to work independently using initiative.

Attend manufacturer and company training courses, including Toyota training, as required.

Undertake additional duties as necessary to support the wider needs of the business.
Key Skills & Experience

Previous experience carrying out Minor Damage Repairs or working in a vehicle repair/paint environment.

Experience estimating vehicle damage using industry estimating systems.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality repairs.

Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines.
-
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative.
-
Full UK driving licence preferred.
