We are offering competitive salary rates depending on experience. Flexible working with weekday and weekend shifts available.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
- Take and process customer orders accurately, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
- Support food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Over 18 due to the sale of alcohol.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
