Treatment Coordinator
Full-Time Position (Part-Time Considered)
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking enthusiastic and professional Treatment Coordinators to join our friendly and patient-focused team at our Airdrie Practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the continued success of a state-of-the-art Orthodontic practice.
As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting the promotion and growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct non-clinical consultations with patients interested in private treatments and support progression to clinical consultations.
- Confidently discuss treatment options, including orthodontic brace systems and finance solutions.
- Provide professional support to patients by handling enquiries, concerns, and feedback in person, via telephone, and in writing.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing patients, ensuring an exceptional patient experience throughout their journey.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage enquiry databases in line with confidentiality and data protection requirements.
- Support the promotion and marketing of the practice through social media content, campaigns, events, and Open Days.
- Assist patients with finance applications and available payment options.
- Proactively contribute to practice growth and achievement of commercial targets.
- Attend training sessions, meetings, and development opportunities to maintain up-to-date knowledge of treatments, products, and services.
- Work collaboratively within a busy team environment while also being able to manage responsibilities independently.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years’ dental nursing experience.
- GDC registered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of practice growth and income generation.
- Professional, approachable, and patient-focused manner.
- Knowledge and experience of social media platforms.
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
Desirable
- Experience using the SFD system (training will be provided).
