Job Summary

Duties
- Safely access rooftops and exterior surfaces using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Clean roofs, gutters, siding, windows, decks, driveways, and other exterior features with environmentally friendly cleaning solutions
- Remove debris such as leaves, dirt, moss, algae, and other buildup to improve property appearance and longevity
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service
- Operate company vehicles responsibly for transportation to various job sites
- Conduct safety inspections before and after cleaning tasks to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition for optimal performance
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles safely
- Proficiency in English for clear communication with team members and clients
- Strong communication skills to explain services and address customer questions or concerns
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor including climbing ladders, lifting equipment, and working at heights
- 2 years Prior experience in exterior cleaning is ESSENTIAL
