UNDERFOUND is looking for an experienced barber to join our Altrincham shop on a 50/50 revenue split.
This opportunity may be particularly suitable for a barber who has the skills and experience but doesn’t yet want to commit to fixed daily chair rental.
A minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification in Hairdressing or Barbering is required.
The setup
- No fixed chair rental
- 50/50 revenue split
- Access to UNDERFOUND’s online booking system
- Established customer traffic and shop footfall
- Marketing and social media support
- Work from an established independent Altrincham business
You don’t need to arrive with a completely full client book.
We’re interested in barbers who are good at what they do and want the opportunity to continue building their column from the right environment.

What we’re looking for
Applicants must:
- Hold a minimum NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing or Barbering
- Have professional barbering experience
- Be confident with cutting and finishing
- Deliver strong customer service
- Be reliable and professional
- Communicate well with clients and the wider team
- Be able to provide an Instagram or portfolio showing examples of their work
Having some of your own clients is beneficial, but it is not essential for this 50/50 opportunity.
