Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and personalised service
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their requirements
- Close sales deals efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction
- Conduct B2C sales activities, including instore promotions and product demonstrations
- Manage and track progress and follow-ups
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, market trends, and competitor activities to optimise sales strategies
- Provide showroom assistance when required
Experience
- Proven direct sales experience, preferably within B2C environments or similar sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in IT systems for customer relationship management (CRM) and general organisational tasks
- Valid driving licence and reliable vehicle
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and organise workload effectively
- Design flare and basic understanding of construction advantageous

Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
