Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and tidying of holiday rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas, ensuring they meet company standards for cleanliness and presentation
- Conduct detailed inspections of each property after cleaning to verify quality and address any maintenance or hygiene issues promptly
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport cleaning supplies, equipment, and staff between properties and designated locations
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures by providing transportation for guests or staff as needed
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, vehicle logs, and property condition reports
- Follow health and safety protocols rigorously to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate schedules and address any urgent maintenance or guest requests promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality cleaning roles, with a strong understanding of janitorial procedures and standards
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in driving company vehicles preferred
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and guest service expectations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple properties
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and guests when necessary
