We are looking for a well-presented and reliable Cloakroom Attendant to join our team at Jo Hansford salons on Saturdays. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a luxury environment and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly on arrival
- Take and store coats and personal belongings securely
- Return items promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a tidy and organised cloakroom area
- Support the front-of-house team when needed

- Well-groomed and presentable at all times
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous customer service experience preferred
