Providing Fees. Senior engineers are expected to produce fees. They are expected to ask
the admin team for fees that are to be produced. They should not be waiting to be given
fees but providing them.
A senior engineer who receives a fee request from a Client is expected to return the fee
within 3-4 days. Checking of the fee by a line manager must be undertaken.
A fee target of a senior engineer is 20%-30% of their turnover = Salary * 2 to 2.25 * 20%
