We are a busy and well-established recruitment agency based in Potters Bar, providing a 24-hour recruitment service to the transport and logistics sector. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our friendly and supportive team.

The Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in supporting our team of Account Managers. Your primary responsibility will be sourcing, attracting, and registering professional drivers to meet our clients' ongoing requirements.
You will be responsible for building strong candidate relationships and ensuring a steady supply of qualified drivers for both temporary and permanent assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and recruiting HGV Class 1, Class 2, and van drivers.
- Advertising vacancies across job boards and social media platforms.
- Proactively searching candidate databases and networking to identify suitable applicants.
- Screening, interviewing, and registering candidates.
- Checking right-to-work documentation and compliance requirements.
- Maintaining accurate candidate records within the recruitment database.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with drivers and prospective candidates.
- Supporting account managers with daily recruitment activities.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the transport and logistics industry will be advantageous
- Confident communicating with people at all levels.
- Target-driven with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in recruitment, resourcing, customer service.
- A strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
- IT literate and confident using recruitment systems, Microsoft Office, and online job boards.
