We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality cleaning and deep cleaning tasks across designated areas during evening hours. The role supports a safe,hygienic,and well-presented working environment by ensuring all cleaning duties are completed thoroughly,consistently,and in line with health and safety requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic,excellent attention to detail,and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Carry out scheduled deep cleaning tasks in assigned areas,including floors,staircases,surfaces,fixtures,fittings,washrooms and other agreed areas.

Vacuum,sweep,mop,scrub,polish,and sanitise floors and surfaces to a high standard.

Clean and disinfect high-touch points such as door handles,light switches and handrails.

Deep clean washrooms,toilets,sinks,mirrors,tiles,dispensers,and related sanitary areas.

Use cleaning chemicals,materials,and equipment safely and in accordance with instructions,training,and COSHH requirements.

Report maintenance issues,hazards,spillages,damaged equipment,or low stock levels to the manager on duty promptly.

Maintain cleaning equipment,storage areas,and cupboards in a clean,safe,and orderly condition.

Follow agreed cleaning schedules,checklists,and venue procedures,ensuring all tasks are completed within the allocated shift time.
