About Wycombe Dental Hub
Wycombe Dental Hub is our modern private dental practice in central High Wycombe.
Now established for two years, the practice provides high-quality private dental care 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and has developed a busy and growing patient base.
The practice has 8 treatment rooms and has been designed to provide an excellent working environment for both our clinical team and our patients, with plenty of natural light and modern facilities.
Our clinical technology includes:
- Orthophos XG3D CBCT
- Full CEREC CAD/CAM system and milling
- Zeiss microscope
- Biolase laser
- Fully digital clinical systems
Parking is available free of charge for staff.
The Role
We are looking for a GDC-registered Qualified Dental Nurse to join our team.
This is a busy private practice and we are looking for someone who is organised, dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
You will work alongside our dentists across a broad range of general, emergency, restorative and cosmetic dentistry.
The role will primarily involve dental nursing, although, as with all members of our team, you may occasionally be asked to assist with reception or other practice duties when required.

- Is fully qualified and registered with the GDC

- Is organised and able to complete tasks reliably and on time
- Remains calm and diligent when the practice is busy
- Has a good eye for detail and takes pride in maintaining high clinical standards
- Is comfortable working as part of a large team
- Is friendly, professional and easy to work with
- Is willing to learn and develop additional skills
- Has good spoken and written English
Most importantly, we look for people with a genuine team ethos who will contribute positively to the friendly atmosphere within the practice.
Working Pattern
This is a full-time position, normally 38–45 hours per week.
We operate a mixture of full and shorter working days and can offer some flexibility around the working pattern.
As we are open seven days a week, applicants must be able to work one of the following:
Every Saturday OR every Sunday OR every other full weekend
Example rotas:
Example: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Example: Saturday, Sunday, Monday Tuesday, Thursday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (every other full weekend).
Practice Opening Hours
Monday: 7.45am – 7.30pm
Tuesday: 7.45am – 7.30pm
Wednesday: 7.45am – 7.30pm
Thursday: 7.45am – 7.30pm
Friday: 7.45am – 7.30pm
Saturday: 7.45am – 5.30pm
Sunday: 9.00am – 5.30pm
Pay & Benefits
Our nursing pay structure rewards team members as they develop confidence, independence and additional responsibilities within the practice.
£13.50 per hour – starting rate for a GDC-qualified Dental Nurse
£14.00 per hour – once able to work independently within the practice
Up to an additional £1.00 per hour for team members who take on additional responsibilities.
