Greek restaurant looking for Experienced Grill/Wrap Chef in our branch at Swiss Cottage (NW3). Experience is a must in a busy Greek restaurant, able to making Pita Wraps (Tyliktis with gyros, kalamaki, loukaniko, etc) and Portions on the Grill (steak, souvlaki, souvlas, bifteki, etc).
- Running a kitchen section and taking responsibility for all dishes in your section ensuring consistent presentation every time.
- Ensuring all meals are delivered on time.
- Manage food standards and quality across all stages of food preparation and production ensuring high standards are consistently met.
- Working within and maintaining all associated Health, Safety, and Hygiene guidelines/procedures while working.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness at all times and making sure your personal appearance and uniform is in line with the required standards at all times.
Salary: starts at £14ph
