Job Summary
We are seeking a fun, dynamic and energetic Operations & Commercial Manager to lead the strategic and operational aspects of our vibrant Street Football club. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive the growth of community engagement, oversee day-to-day club operations, and develop commercial partnerships that amplify the club’s impact. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Street Football club, ensuring all activities run efficiently and safely.
- Develop and implement operational procedures that enhance club performance and community engagement.
- Manage relationships with sponsors, partners, and local stakeholders to secure sponsorships and commercial opportunities.
- Coordinate event planning and community outreach programs to maximize participation.
- Supervise staff, volunteers to maintain high standards of hospitality and guest services.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and identify new revenue streams to support club initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations while fostering an inclusive environment for all participants.
Experience
- Proven management experience in sports clubs, hospitality venues or community organisations.
- Strong background in hospitality or guest services with a track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and manage commercial relationships effectively.
- Experience leading diverse teams in fast-paced environments with excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for sports development, community engagement, or youth programs is highly desirable.

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
