Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Communal Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises. Applicants should possess good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Miraflores is a successful local communal cleaning company with a great portfolio of properties.
We work as a team of ladies who travel together to each property which are all blocks of flats of various sizes. It is a varied job as each day brings different properties which are attended on a weekly fortnightly or monthly basis.
Experience is required

Ability to work alone or in the team is required.
Reasonable level of fitness is required.
Sparkling personality is a bonus.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
- Vacuuming
- Bleach cleaning surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness in designated areas such as offices, washrooms, and communal spaces
- Handle waste disposal efficiently and responsibly
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly to management
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
- Assist with specialised cleaning tasks when required
Skills
- Good communication skills in English to understand instructions and interact politely with clients and colleagues
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Organised with strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning of all areas
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
