Currently looking for full time, Class 2 driver for our skip/Roro trucks
This is a Monday to Friday role
As a Driver with Hamilton waste & Recycling you will be responsible for all Skip/Roro work required. You will also be required to follow all safety measures of work, complete vehicle check fully and to a high standard and fill in any associated digital paperwork. Training may provided for other vehicle types.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safe and efficient Skip/Roro delivery/collections
- Carry out and record daily checks
- Provide good customer service to our customers
- General housekeeping of the working area and lorry
- Following all site health and safety rule on and off site
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Valid Driving Licence
- CPC qualification
- Digital tachograph card
- Good communicative English
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- Able to work as a part of team
- Punctual, Flexible and Reliable
- Good customer service skills
- Experience in Waste & Recycling is desirable but not essential
- Basic IT skills (use of tablet to complete run)
