We are looking for a reliable, experienced self-employed maintenance person to help maintain our portfolio of 35 high-quality, privately owned holiday cottages across Dorset, all professionally managed by us.
Responsibilities
- General property repairs and maintenance
- Occasional urgent call-outs
- Basic plumbing, carpentry and decorating
- Garden and external maintenance
- Identifying and reporting larger maintenance issues
Requirements
- Proven maintenance experience
- Own transport, tools and full UK driving licence
- Public liability insurance
- Friendly, professional, reliable and able to work independently
- Good attention to detail and pride in your work
