- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools for correspondence, scheduling, and documentation
- Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and preparing documents as needed
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Previous administrative experience demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all times
- Exceptional organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment
- Familiarity with clerical procedures such as filing systems, record keeping, and office equipment operation
