Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CQC Registered Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of exceptional care services within a vibrant supported living environment. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), fostering a positive and compassionate atmosphere for clients, staff, and visitors alike. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the care home operations, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and statutory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized care plans tailored to residents’ individual needs, including dementia and Alzheimer's care.
- Supervise and support staff members, fostering a positive team environment through effective leadership, supervision, and training.
- Oversee medication administration processes to ensure safety, accuracy, and adherence to legal guidelines.
- Monitor quality standards across all areas of service delivery, conducting audits and inspections to maintain excellence.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in senior care, nursing, assisted living, and home care settings.
- Engage with residents’ families and external professionals to ensure transparent communication and holistic care approaches.
Requirements
- Proven experience working within assisted living or nursing home environments with a strong understanding of senior care needs.
- Registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as a Registered Manager or eligible for registration.
- Demonstrable experience managing teams within a care home setting, including supervising staff members effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, medication management, and developing comprehensive care plans.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams while maintaining high standards of care.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in compliance documentation and reporting.
- Relevant qualifications in nursing or healthcare management are highly desirable.

Pay: £30,783.23-£45,000.00 per year
