Senior Team Member (Keyholder) – St Vincent
£13.45 per hour + service charge | Full-time (30+ hours)

St Vincent is a busy neighbourhood bar in Stockbridge and part of the Tiny Cup Collective (Crybaby, Nightcap, Nip’s). We’re known for warm, genuine service, a strong drinks offering, and a loyal local following.

The Role
We're looking to add a Senior Team Member (Keyholder) to our core team.
This is a position for someone experienced, reliable, and confident taking responsibility for the venue. You’ll be trusted with opening and closing, leading shifts when needed, and keeping service running properly from start to finish.
This role suits someone looking to step up and take real responsibility, not just pick up shifts.
We’re also looking for people who want to be involved. You’ll be encouraged to contribute ideas around drinks, service, and how the venue continues to evolve.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering warm, natural, confident service
- Setting the tone and pace of the shift
- Opening and closing the venue as a keyholder
- Supporting and guiding the team during service
- Keeping the bar clean, organised, and running efficiently
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance
- Following end of night procedures accurately
- Supporting service across all areas of the venue
- Contributing ideas around drinks, service, and operations
What We’re Looking For
- Solid, proven hospitality experience
- Previous keyholder experience preferred
- Calm and confident during busy service
- Strong attention to detail – relaxed does not mean careless
- A genuinely warm, personable approach to guests
- Reliability and consistency – you do things properly, every time
- Interest in drinks, with cocktail knowledge desirable
- Someone who wants to be involved, not just turn up and work shifts
- Team-focused, supportive, no egos
- SCPLH, ideally already held
