We're working with a well-established, busy estate agency in
Bagshot looking to hire an experienced
Residential Valuer. This is a key role focused on winning new instructions, building strong local relationships, and converting market appraisals into listings.
If you're confident in front of clients, commercially minded, and motivated by earnings, this is a great opportunity with strong stock levels and a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out market appraisals/valuations for residential property
- Win new instructions and convert opportunities into listings
- Provide accurate pricing advice using local market knowledge and comparable evidence
- Build relationships with vendors and maintain excellent customer service throughout
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth pipeline from valuation to completion
- Support business generation through local networking, referrals, and proactive activity
- Maintain accurate records and updates on the CRM system
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Valuer / Lister / Senior Negotiator ready to step up
- Strong track record of winning instructions and hitting targets
- Confident, professional, and polished in a client-facing environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and driven by results/commission
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (typically required—confirm if you want this included)
