Cook / kitchen assistant needed to join our vibrant cafe team!

You'll be preparing a range of brunch dishes, sandwiches & small plates in our small but busy kitchen. Daytime hours with the occasional evening shift when needed.
ESSENTIAL:
- MUST be available Saturday & Sundays (this is non-negotiable) & have some weekday flexibility too. (We may be able to offer some extra hours if you have any front of house / barista experience).
- Minimum 1 year kitchen experience.
- A passion for creating fresh, healthy food & excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent food hygiene & allergen knowledge.
- Ability to work as part of a team of 2 & on your own during quieter periods.
- Ability to remain calm & focused when busy & under pressure.
