Residential Support Worker (Term Time Only)
40 hours per week, 37 weeks per year
Hourly rate : £15.37
Annual salary for working 37 weeks per year: £22,881 - £23,859
Sleep-ins paid at an extra £78.48 per night
This post is based in and around Nailsworth, Stroud and Stonehouse. Drivers with access to their own vehicle are preferred due to some locations being remote and not served with public transport links.
Weekend working and flexibility to cover a full rota is an essential requirement of the role.

- Have emotional intelligence and resilience with the ability to react calmly in stressful situations
- Be able to work flexible hours as this role works predominantly evenings, weekend and sleepovers on a rota basis
