We are now looking for a Event Manager to join our passionate team and lead the charge in delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
Role Overview
As a Event Manager, you will take full ownership of the sales, planning, and execution of weddings and events at your venue. You’ll be supported by a Venue Operations Manager but trusted to independently meet business targets, maintain compliance, and provide an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management – Inspire and guide your venue team in line with company values.
- Operations Oversight – Oversee day-to-day event operations, staffing, and service delivery.
- Sales & Event Coordination – Conduct venue tours, secure bookings, and coordinate all event details.
- Financial Control – Manage operational costs and support delivery of the venue’s business plan.
- Guest Satisfaction – Champion exceptional service standards to enhance guest experiences.
- Compliance & Safety – Ensure adherence to fire, food, health, and safety regulations.
- Staff Training & Recruitment – Play an active role in building and developing your team.
- Communication – Ensure team briefings, client engagement, and information sharing are effective.
- Growth & Development – Drive the growth of your venue through performance and strategic action.
