Job Description:
We are seeking reliable, professional, and fully licensed SIA Security Officers to join a dedicated 4-person team providing 24/7 security coverage for a site in the London (N6) area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular perimeter foot patrols and access control.
- Maintain clear duty logs and report any incidents promptly.
- Ensure full site security during day and night shifts.
Shift Pattern & Schedule:
- Fixed Roster: Rotating 12-hour shifts (07:00–19:00 / 19:00–07:00).
- Hours: Average of 42 hours per week (4 shifts on / 4 shifts off or similar rotating pattern).
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: £13 per hour. Salary will be paid monthly.
- Holiday Pay: Statutory paid annual leave accrued.
- Pension: Workplace pension scheme auto-enrolment.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid, active SIA Licence (Door Supervisor or Security Guarding).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Strong communication skills and reliable punctuality.
- Five-year check-able work/educational history (BS 7858 standard).

Pay: £12.75-£13.00 per hour
