Service Care Manager- £34,000 per annum.

This is a great opportunity to join our team, we are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced Service Care Manager to work in our learning disabilities division.
Hours: 40 hours per week, this will be inclusive of some weekend work.

Objective of Role:
To deliver high-quality, person-centred care through leading by example from a ‘ground up’ basis. Ensuring all staff are suitably trained and competent to carry out their roles and supporting the home leadership structure to achieve Outstanding CQC compliance.
Person Specification:
- You will possess excellent communication skills, have worked in a health and social care environment and be committed to our core values and quality standards.
- A qualification in Health and Social Care would be advantageous but for the right candidate we can offer this as part of our training programme.
