Want to be part of an awesome team comprising of thinkers, doers, problem solvers and creators? We don’t care how you got here, we just want to know if you are ready for the next step.
Global Payments Client
We're looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our Client Services team, working on our principal account for one of the world's leading financial services brands and demonstrate energy and effort in everything they do.
This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for someone early in their career who's keen to learn. You'll support our Client Leads and Production Director across day-to-day account management, and specifically take a hands-on lead on our winner fulfilment programme — managing the delivery of prizes and rewards for the client's competition winners.
Key Responsibilities
-
Support the account team with day-to-day account management, including forecasting, timing plans and cost tracking
-
Support senior team members in studio briefings and brainstorming sessions
-
Quality control all work before it goes to the client
-
Produce speedy, accurate meeting notes, status reports and follow-ups
-
Research the client and industry, creating internal documents where useful to the team
-
Manage the end-to-end fulfilment of competition prizes and holiday packages
-
Contact winners by phone, email and, where appropriate, text message, guiding them through the prize claim process using approved communications
-
Monitor multiple promotions inboxes, responding promptly to enquiries from winners, clients and suppliers
-
Liaise with suppliers and event partners to coordinate prizes fulfilment, delivery and all associated logistics
-
Track fulfilment progress, maintaining accurate records and proactively following up to ensure key milestones and deadlines are met
-
Securely handle confidential winner information, in line with data protection and confidentiality requirements
-
Resolve fulfilment and prize-related queries efficiently, delivering a professional, positive experience throughout the winner journey
-
Support winner draws, including setting up the data and running the draw and email send
What We're Looking For
-
No prior agency experience necessary — this could suit a graduate, or someone with up to a year's experience in an account handling, client service, customer service or fulfilment role
-
A genuine interest in digital marketing and client service
-
Excellent manners and communication skills, comfortable dealing with clients, suppliers and members of the public by phone, email and text
-
Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail, particularly when handling data and personal information
-
Calm and professional under pressure when multitasking at speed. Especially when resolving queries on behalf of a winner or client
-
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with the ambition to grow into an Account Manager role
-
Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter and support the wider team
-
Full right to work in the UK
The Offer
-
The opportunity to grow into an Account Manager within a global B2B agency
-
Exposure to international brands and complex digital campaigns
-
Hands-on experience of a live, high-profile fulfilment programme from day one
-
Training budget and development support to accelerate your progression
-
Great team culture and agency offsite events
-
20 days' holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service
-
On-site parking
