The Aldridge Day Nursery is looking for a warm, reliable and professional Nursery Support Worker to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who understands that working in Early Years is much more than simply caring for children. You’ll help create the experiences, relationships and opportunities that allow our children to feel safe, build confidence, explore, learn and thrive.

- Has a genuine passion for working with young children
- Is kind, caring, patient and nurturing
- Has an understanding of the EYFS and how young children learn and develop
- Understands the importance of safeguarding and putting children first
- Is professional, dependable and able to work as part of a team
- Builds positive and respectful relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Is enthusiastic about creating exciting learning opportunities
- Can support children's individual needs, interests and development
- Is confident getting involved in everything from stories and messy play to outdoor adventures
- Has high standards and takes pride in creating an exceptional nursery experience
- Brings positivity, energy and a willingness to learn
