About Reps UK
Reps UK provides professional airport concierge and Meet & Assist services across all the terminals at London Heathrow Airport.
We help passengers from around the world navigate the airport with confidence and ease. From individual travellers and families to corporate guests and VIP clients, every passenger receives a warm welcome, attentive support and a service tailored to their journey.
We are looking for confident, caring and highly professional Airport Concierge Greeters to join our Heathrow team.
The Role
As an Airport Concierge Greeter, you will be the welcoming face of Reps UK and a reassuring presence throughout the passenger’s airport journey.
You will meet passengers at an agreed location and personally guide them through the relevant airport processes. This may include check-in, security, immigration, baggage reclaim, flight connections and boarding.
Every journey is different. You will need to think ahead, respond calmly when circumstances change and ensure each passenger feels informed, supported and genuinely cared for.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome passengers at airport meeting points, arrivals gates, baggage reclaim areas or terminal drop-off zones.
- Escort and assist passengers through the appropriate airport processes.
- Provide arrival, departure and flight-connection assistance.
- Help passengers navigate check-in, security, immigration, customs, baggage reclaim and boarding.
- Support access to Fast Track or priority channels where these have been booked and the passenger is eligible.
- Coordinate professionally with airline, airport, ground-handling and other service partners.
- Monitor flight information and respond proactively to delays, cancellations, gate changes and other operational changes.
- Arrange or coordinate additional booked services, such as porters, airport buggies, lounges and onward transport.
- Keep passengers and the Reps UK operations team informed throughout the service.
- Provide additional support to families, elderly travellers, first-time flyers and passengers unfamiliar with Heathrow.
- Handle personal and sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Complete accurate service reports following each assignment.
- Represent Reps UK through excellent personal presentation, punctuality and professional conduct.
About You
You will be naturally welcoming, observant and calm under pressure. You will understand that exceptional service is often found in the small details: being prepared, noticing when someone needs reassurance and taking ownership when plans change.
You should have:
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, aviation, travel or another passenger-facing environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- A confident, friendly and professional manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
- Good organisation, time management and attention to detail.
- The confidence to work independently and make sensible decisions.
- A proactive approach and the ability to anticipate a passenger’s needs.
- The ability to remain composed in a busy and rapidly changing airport environment.
- Impeccable personal presentation.
- Confidence using a smartphone, messaging applications and digital reporting systems.
- A good understanding of Heathrow Airport, or the willingness to learn it thoroughly.
Additional languages and previous experience at Heathrow Airport would be advantageous but are not essential.
