We’re growing our kitchen team at Fotia Marylebone and are looking for experienced Grill Chefs and Sous-Chefs, Part time and Full time positions available to join us.
We’re a busy Greek-Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of Marylebone, serving a fresh and exciting menu with a strong focus on quality grilled meats, fish and Mediterranean flavours.
What we’re looking for
- Experience working on the grill in a busy kitchen
- Confident cooking meat, fish and vegetables
- Good kitchen organisation and food safety standards
- Reliable and comfortable working during busy services
- Positive attitude and a good team player
- Greek or Mediterranean experience is a bonus, but not essential
