Job Summary

Duties
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and meal components, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Cook and assemble dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- Follow food safety protocols and hygiene practices to ensure a safe cooking environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Participate in daily kitchen operations, including cleaning tasks and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant setting is preferred.
- An understanding of food safety regulations and culinary techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
