Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual who is available to work evenings/weekends within our Cleaning Operative team.
Generous terms of pay, includes travel time between jobs and pick ups /drop off available.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial premises. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous janitorial experience or those looking to develop their skills in commercial cleaning.

Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas including offices, washrooms, corridors, and communal spaces.
Utilise appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards within specified timeframes.
Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand towels, and cleaning materials as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning activities to management promptly.
Follow health and safety policies at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
Maintain a professional appearance and conduct when representing the company on-site.
Requirements
Being able to drive whilst not essential is a useful capability.
Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Flexibility to adapt to different shifts or locations as required.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is advantageous but not mandatory.
