Full Time - 37.5 hours per week.
Working pattern is Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 17:00 pm.
Llanarth Court has an opportunity for a General Administrator to join our team.
Llanarth Court is a specialist medium secure, low secure, and open rehabilitation psychiatric hospital. Located in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, Llanarth Court offers convenient transport links and easy access to the A40 and A459. Due to the location of the service, access to a vehicle or the ability to drive is recommended.
You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
- Provide administrative support across multiple departments.
- Complete general office duties, including filing, archiving, and photocopying.
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes when required.
- Support face-to-face and virtual meetings.
- Provide reception cover as needed.
- Assist with data collection and quality audits.
- Support the wider team and site as required.

Essential for the role
Applicants should have excellent keyboard skills and an intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office applications. Candidates must also have at least one year's experience in an administrative, customer service, clinical, educational, or other relevant environment, with the ability to work accurately, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively.
