We're looking for an enthusiastic Senior Team Leader to help lead our amazing care team, support our residents, and create a warm, happy environment where everyone feels at home.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a senior care role is preferred.
Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
Friendly, caring, and kind.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Flexible and willing to work as part of a team.
Available to work alternate weekends.
A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
What you'll receive:
Competitive pay of £13.16 - £14.91 per hour.
