We are now looking for a friendly, professional and organised Receptionist to join our team in Cartmel. As one of the first points of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering the exceptional service and hospitality that we are known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing guest reservations using our booking systems
- Welcoming guests and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures
- Processing payments accurately
- Delivering outstanding customer service and handling guest enquiries
- Supporting the wider team to create exceptional guest experiences
About You
We're keen to hear from candidates who:
- Have previous experience in a reception, reservations or customer-facing role
- Are confident, organised and professional
- Have strong customer service skills
- Are comfortable using reservations or booking systems
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Hours
Full-Time - 45 hours per week (5 days)
