Gardener (Full-Time) - Glasgow
Location: Glasgow (various domestic and commercial sites)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8AM - 4PM (40 hours per week)
Salary: £12.71 per hour

We are growing our Gardening team within the business based in Glasgow, delivering high-quality garden maintenance, soft landscaping and planting services to residential and commercial clients. The Role
We're looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Gardener to join our team. This is a hands-on role working across gardens, estates and commercial properties, maintaining green spaces to a high standard.
Responsibilities include:
- Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming and weeding
- Planting, pruning and general garden maintenance
- Operating machinery (lawnmowers, hedge cutters, etc.)
- Assisting with soft landscaping and seasonal tasks
- Ensuring tools and equipment are properly used and maintained
- Communicating with clients on-site when required
What We're Looking For
- Previous gardening or grounds maintenance experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Knowledge of plants, turf care and seasonal gardening tasks
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to work outdoors in all weather
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or in a team
- Friendly and professional manner when dealing with clients
