You will be working in the recruitment team where we are responsible for delivering effective, fair and compliant recruitment systems, processes and governance that support workforce planning, candidate attraction, hiring excellence and a positive candidate experience across the business.
As the Recruitment Systems Manager, you will:
- Lead the deployment of fair, compliant recruitment practices aligned to competency frameworks and baseline job descriptions, ensuring robust recruitment governance and consistent hiring standards.
- Act as the key contact for supported business areas, partnering with OU/EF Operations, HR Operations and Recruitment teams, with regular attendance at site offices across the UK (minimum 3 days per week).
- Drive effective hring against resource forecasts and plans, ensuring alignment across key systems including Avature, Learning Hub and OWOW.
Champion inclusion, diversity and candidate experience by reducing bias in adverts and processes, while producing recruitment and competency insights through quarterly reporting across early careers, experienced hires and temporary workers.

We are looking for:
- Experience of internal and/or agency recruitment, with strong knowledge of recruitment, sourcing practices and relevant employment legislation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively across the business and recruitment process.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to create, analyse and interpret data for reporting purposes.
- Experience of people profiling and sourcing through networks, internal talent pools and external recruitment platforms.
Experience in ATS setup and reporting, along with broader data or systems management capability to support business decision-making.
